There are 3 types of arches:- Low arches (Low), -standard arches (Mid) -high arches (High). These soles are designed for standard arches (Mid).If you are not sure which type of foot arch you have, head to your local store so one of our advisers can measure your foot.

Usage

Once your arch forms, here are the steps:- Remove the liner from the shell-Remove the insole of your boot.- Fit the old sole on the 3 Feet sole. Using a pencil, trace an outline.- Cut off the excess sole from the old sole.- Put the cut 3 Feet insole into the shoe.- Put the liner back in the shell.
