We at Planetcamping.co.uk hope you’re going to be really happy and satisfied with your purchase. But, we do have plans in place just in case you are not in some way.
We are aware that you might now be buying Christmas presents. We have extended our returns/refund/exchange policy period to the 16th January 2016 - please keep a copy of invoice.
Goods can be returned to us for a full refund as long as it is WITHIN 28 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE. Our only conditions are that it must be unused, complete with all labels and the original packaging and in its new original condition. To keep our delivery costs to a minimum we are unable to offer a free returns system.

When returning an item by post, you must obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office which may be requested by us at any time. Please note that these certificates are provided free of charge. When we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund in the method you’ve chosen (not including postage and packaging) as long as you adhere to the above conditions.
We are happy to organise returns when you wish to exchange for a small fee.
If any of our products get to you in a damaged condition, we’ll replace it free of charge or give you a refund including your postage costs because we want to make sure you’re as happy as you can be. We just ask that you get in touch with us to let us know within 7 DAYS of your purchase date telling us what the problem is.
When you return your defective item by post please can you enclose a copy of receipt of postage costs incurred so that we can refund your postage fees too.
